Support and Maintenance

Customer support is always our top priority. HyperNet Care has built up a support infrastructure specifically for our customers. Driven by Sage Accpac Customer Relation Management system, the award-winning CRM application, all support calls will be logged and taken care by our support staff using product knowledgebase, customer and call history. All calls will be follow through until close and will be escalated to product vendor speedily if appropriate for further actions.

Besides support hotline telephone number, our customers can access us by email and fax. Telephone support, remote access and on-site visits will be provided on top of product support website where it is appropriate. Extended office hours or 7x 24, 365 days support can be arranged as per requirements.
